Det f\u00f8rste projekt hed \u2019H\u00e5ndbog i lokal energiplanl\u00e6gning\u2019 og blev gennemf\u00f8rt i samarbejde med lokale arbejdsgrupper, der alle arbejdede med vedvarende energiforsyning af mindre bysamfund. Den seneste strategiske energiplan fra 2014 har en vedvarende energiprocent p\u00e5 50 som m\u00e5l i 2025. En del af den strategiske energiplan er en analyse af m\u00e6ngden af nye regionale arbejdspladser i implementering og drift af de foresl\u00e5ede vedvarende energiproduktionsteknologier og energieffektiviseringstiltag .
